Shipping Policy

Same Day Shipping

Same day shipping is available for most orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday. Same Day Shipping does not apply to orders shipping via LTL Freight or Special Orders. Same Day Shipping is not available on most US Holidays.

Shipping Methods

We ship most orders via FedEx and UPS. In some instances, items may ship via USPS, Speedee Delivery, DHL or other carriers.

Shipping Charges

LTL Freight

We reserve the right to ship your order via an LTL Freight carrier service. We will contact you beforehand to verify your business address and forklift/dock access before shipping via an LTL carrier. We will absolutely not ship any orders via LTL to any home addresses without an additional freight charge of $300. If you represent your address as a business address but it is a residential address, you will be assessed a $300 freight delivery fee.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. In rare instances, the billed freight charge may be insufficient to cover the actual freight cost. These usually boil down to technical problems with the FedEx or UPS API we use to obtain shipping quotes, mis-entered addresses, weight and/or box dimension calculation errors, etc. We may contact you for an additional payment to cover the extra freight cost to ship your products. If the freight charge looks too good to be true, please call us before ordering to check. If you choose not to pay the extra charge, your order will be cancelled with no conditions or fees.

Damaged Parts

If your order arrives in a box that is damaged, it is your responsibility to report the damage to the carrier and contact us immediately. Please take pictures before moving the parcel if possible. If a part was damaged during transit, please notify us immediately for return and replacement.

Missing Packages

We, MJ Heavy Duty Parts LLC, are not responsible for packages that are missing after delivery. We will work with the carrier to help you locate your package. Most carriers “geo tag” a package’s coordinates when it’s scanned and take photos of where the package was delivered and can pin-point exactly where the driver was when they delivered the package.

Mis-Delivered / Wrong Address

If a package is delivered to the wrong address due to the fault of us or the carrier, we will take care of shipping costs to make sure that package gets to you as soon as possible. If a package was delivered to the wrong address because of a mistake on your end, it is your responsibility to pay the extra shipping charge to get the package to you.

Order Policy

Special Orders

Special order parts cannot be cancelled once the order is processed. Special Orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Special Orders may take 6-10 weeks, or longer, for delivery. You will be provided an estimated lead time for shipment before the order is processed but we cannot guarantee that date. Please be aware that we are at the mercy of the manufacturer for special orders and an order status can change at any moment.

Cancelling Orders

Orders are processed almost immediately during the work week. You may cancel an order if it has not been shipped yet. If your order has been shipped, ie it has a tracking number and has been marked as shipped, you may cancel your order for a 20% cancellation fee. 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns

We have a 14-day after delivery return period. If you wish to return any parts during this time, please initiate an RMA from the My Account Page or call us at 800-435-3509 during business hours. Please note, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. All returns are subject to a 20% restock fee. Your original shipping cost will not be refunded. If 14 days have elapsed since your package was delivered, we will not accept your return. Items must be in original, unused, uninstalled condition and will be inspected upon return for any damage, signs of installation and use. If the item is deemed to be in un-saleable condition, your refund will be denied and if you choose to keep the part, you will be responsible for return shipping. Refunds are given for the part only and does not include the original shipping costs, return shipping costs, any labor, time, compensation for aggravation, etc.

Please do not return your parts to the manufacturer or shipping warehouse unless directed to do so. Follow the RMA directions carefully. Any parts returned to the manufacturer or shipping warehouse without consent will forfeit any refund and the parts will be returned to you postage due.

If a part arrives back to us without one of the following:

-          RMA number written on the box or label

-          Original order number written on the box or label

-          Legible copy of the invoice

-          Legible copy of the RMA

Your return processing may be delayed, and you will be assessed an additional restocking fee of the greater of $25 or 20% of original order total.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase OR your order number and an RMA. An RMA can be obtained by contacting us at 800-435-3509 between the hours or 9:00 AM and 2:30 PM Central Time Monday – Friday or by visiting your My Account page.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 days of us receiving the return.

If a part is returned to us, or the shipping warehouse, without authorization or RMA, it will be returned to you at your expense.

Exchanges

All exchanges will incur a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your exchange credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping of the original parts.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your part arrives in a box that is damaged, it is your responsibility to report the damage to the carrier immediately. We will help in any way we can, but we are not responsible for damage caused by carriers.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, give us a call at 800-435-3509 between the hours or 9am and 2:30pm CDT Monday – Friday to request an RMA.

We, and our web host and credit card processor, are proud to be Certified PCI DSS 3.0 Compliant. This ensures your credit card data is always secure.

What We Do With Your Data

We collect data when you place an order, including your name, business name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone number, credit card information and computer IP. We retain these records with the exception your credit card data.

Our shipping warehouses and/or manufacturers may receive your name, business name, shipping address and phone number. Neither us, nor our vendors, will ever sell, lease, rent or give your information to any outside parties

If you pay with PayPal, PayPal may provide us with your name, business name, shipping address, email address and IP address. We retain these records.

Services We Use That May Collect Your Data

We utilize several services that may collect your data including:

Google Analytics - Time of visit, pages visited, time spent on a page, referring site, version of web browser, your OS, screen resolution, network location, IP address, errors encountered and items purchased. We use this information to make our website better for you, to help us better market our products and to alert us to any issues.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, MJ Heavy Duty Parts LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. MJ Heavy Duty Parts LLC shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, MJ Heavy Duty Parts LLC will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price

Limitation of Liability

We and any Affiliated Party shall not be liable for any loss, injury, claim, liability, or damage of any kind resulting in any way from any errors in or omissions from the Site or any services or products obtainable therefrom, the unavailability or interruption of the Site or any features thereof, your use of the Site, the content contained on the Site, or any delay or failure in performance beyond the control of a Covered Party.

Payments

You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us or from Merchants that (i) any credit information you supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes, shipping and handling fees.

What We Do

We are a distributor of products from multiple warehouses across the USA. We are not a manufacturer, importer, installer or stocking warehouse. You shall indemnify and hold us and our successors, assigns, officers, directors, affiliates, employees, agents and representatives (the "Indemnified Parties") harmless from and against all losses, damages, claims, liabilities, obligations, penalties, suits, actions, controversies, or proceedings of any kind, imposed upon, incurred by, or asserted against any of the Indemnified Parties, in any way arising from, in connection with, relating to, or incident to your breach of this Agreement, including the payment of all costs and expenses of every kind for the enforcement of our rights and remedies hereunder. Such amounts will bear interest at the rate for prejudgment interest prevailing in your jurisdiction until paid.
